Tobogganing · Oslo
Two kilometres downhill on a sled, with the metro as the lift.
Korketrekkeren — the Corkscrew — drops 255 metres over two kilometres from Frognerseteren to Midtstuen. A run takes eight to ten minutes, the track is free, and you ride the metro back to the top with your sled.
Why it is a winter thing: Open only when there is enough natural snow on the track.
December to March, snow permitting. Check that it is open before you go.

This works as a day trip from Oslo, so there is no need to stay over. If you want to turn it into a weekend, see how cabin rental works.
Wear a helmet. The track gets fast and icy and collisions cause most injuries — keep your distance, never stop in the track, and small children ride with an adult.
